Account & Data Deletion – MikroBilling

How to request deletion
- Send an email to support@mikrobilling.com from your registered email.
- Include your account details: Name, Phone, and App username/email.
- State clearly that you want your account and all associated data deleted.
We’ll verify the request and confirm deletion via email.
What we delete
- Account profile (name, phone, email/username, mailing address, password hash)
- Invoices/transactions linked to your account (where allowed by law/regulation)
- Stored media you uploaded (if any)
- FCM/push tokens associated with your account
What we may retain
- Payment/financial records required by law (tax/audit) for the retention period mandated
- Security, fraud-prevention, and system log data, retained only as long as necessary
- Aggregated/anonymized analytics that can’t identify you
Timeline
We typically process deletion requests within 30 days, subject to legal or regulatory retention requirements.
Other options
If you want specific data removed (without closing your account), email us with the details, and we’ll handle it where feasible.
