Account & Data Deletion – MikroBilling

This page applies to the Android apps MY ISP Workplace and MY ISP – MikroBilling Client by MikroBilling.

How to request deletion

  1. Send an email to support@mikrobilling.com from your registered email.
  2. Include your account details: Name, Phone, and App username/email.
  3. State clearly that you want your account and associated data deleted.

We’ll verify the request and confirm deletion via email.

MY ISP Workplace employee accounts

For MY ISP Workplace, employees may also request account or data deletion through their ISP administrator, employer, or by contacting support@mikrobilling.com.

What we delete

  • Account profile information such as name, phone, email/username, employee code, and role
  • FCM/push tokens and related device identifiers associated with the account
  • Stored media or uploaded files associated with the account, if any
  • Attendance and duty session records, where deletion is allowed by law, contract, or operational policy
  • Ticket replies, task activity, and workplace records, where deletion is allowed by law, contract, or operational policy
  • Location and tracking records collected through MY ISP Workplace, where deletion is allowed by law, contract, or operational policy
  • Invoices/transactions linked to the MY ISP – MikroBilling Client account, where deletion is allowed by law/regulation

What we may retain

  • Payment or financial records required by law, tax, audit, or regulation for the required retention period
  • Operational, attendance, ticket, and service records required for staffing, service quality, dispute resolution, or internal audit
  • Security, fraud-prevention, and system log data, retained only as long as necessary
  • Aggregated or anonymized analytics that can’t identify you

Timeline

We typically process deletion requests within 30 days, subject to legal, regulatory, contractual, or operational retention requirements.

Other options

If you want specific data removed without fully deleting your account, email us with the details, and we’ll handle the request where feasible.
