These plans are for MikroBilling’s web service provided to ISP organizations. Authorized staff use MY ISP Workplace on iOS and Android for free. The app has no subscriptions, payments, paid content, plan upgrades or purchase links.

What you need for setup

Have these details and documents ready to set up the service for your organization.

MikroTik router public IP

Your organization must have public IP access to its MikroTik router.

Trade license and bank account

A valid trade license and a company bank account matching the licensed company name are required.

Business documents

Provide a TIN certificate and any other documents required by applicable government policy.

Call center

How many employees need to be online together?

Choose a plan by the number of agents that can be online at the same time. The fee is paid once a year, rather than monthly, and is non-refundable.

When is the payment reminder sent?

Internet customers receive a notification 24 hours before the payment deadline. It alerts them to pay before a missed payment leads to their connection being turned off.

Do employees buy a plan inside MY ISP Workplace?

No. MY ISP Workplace is free for authorized staff users of a MikroBilling organization. It does not sell subscriptions, upgrades or paid digital content inside the app.

Is the setup charge recurring?

No. The listed $300 charge for Bronze, Silver and Gold is a one-time setup charge. Platinum setup pricing is negotiated for the organization.

When should an ISP choose Platinum?

Talk to us about Platinum if you have more than 2,000 PPPoE users or need to agree a separate service scope.

Are call center channels always available?

Availability depends on the calling channels and implementation conditions available for the organization. Contact the MikroBilling team for confirmation.
